We offer intravenous (IV) infusion of ketamine, administered on-site at the center over a series of visits. For a new patient, we typically recommend 4–6 infusions over the course of a 2–3 week period.
Our medical doctors provide ketamine infusions with safety and patient comfort as our top priority. Every patient undergoes a comprehensive consultation by an anesthesiologist, who closely oversees their individual care. Our team has significant experience developing highly effective ketamine infusion protocols while minimizing side effects.
Treatment is constantly monitored by a nurse to ensure safety, and a physician is always on-site and immediately available. While ketamine is used off-label for these conditions, its effects are supported by clinical research and our own treatment experience.
SPRAVATO® is an FDA-approved nasal spray medication for adults with treatment-resistant depression. It is administered in our clinic under required medical supervision.
Each session includes a pre-dose evaluation, followed by on-site administration and a two-hour observation period for monitoring and support. Patients must meet clinical criteria for SPRAVATO® and follow safety protocols established by the Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) program.
Insurance coverage may be available for SPRAVATO®. Our staff can help guide you through the prior authorization and benefits verification process.
Click or call (615) 813-5006 to make an appointment for a comprehensive medical evaluation.
We will provide you with a link for our Tebra Patient Portal to facilitate the completion of several Patient Intake Forms.
We will send you specific assessment forms for depression, PTSD, anxiety, and/or chronic pain that you can complete quickly and easily on a smartphone or similar device.
You do not need to have a referral for your consultation, but it does provide us with more complete information about your health.
Our staff provides support and comfort to patients. We fully explain each procedure so patients know what to expect.
All infusions take place in private treatment rooms, not group settings. Treatments are overseen from start to finish by licensed clinical professionals, with continuous vital monitoring throughout each session.
Treatment plans are personalized and adjusted based on your progress. A physician is always present in the clinic and immediately available should the need arise.
Whether you’re considering IV ketamine or SPRAVATO®, the first step is a confidential consultation with our medical team. We’re here to help you understand your options and create a care plan that supports your goals.
Call (615) 813-5006 to get started. Healing begins with knowledge, safety, and support—and we’re honored to walk this path with you.
